They were a few minutes late, but that wasn't a huge deal. They did a VERY thorough job on the cleaning on the carpets and the sectional cushions. We were extremely pleased with the care they used in our home. We'll definitely use them again.

I liked that they built us up a house, with all amenities. What I didn't like was that there was a lot of mis-communication, and a lot of things were done wrong and it had to be repeated and done over. There is not very uch communication in the process, and they weren't really organized.
