The service was performed in a timely manner and the results were emailed to us that day. All issues were clearly identified with pictures and s detailed description.

He looked at all the major systems of the house and discovered a few problems that we were able to have the sellers fix prior to closing. He was very prompt with getting us the inspection report the same day of the home inspection. He completed a re-inspection right before closing to make sure all of the problems had been properly fixed. We now feel confident that we have bought a great house! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!

It went very well just as he explained on our phone conversation. We scheduled Johnny, he was at the property early and ready. Everything was explained and  inspection report (emailed) was very detailed. We hired Johnny 3 times total, for a home we tried to purchase in Kentucky and 3 months later on our home that closed last week in Tennessee including a re inspection after repairs were done, we couldn't be more happy. Professional and knowledgeable. We can recommend Johnny to friends and family.

The service worked out very well. He was very thorough and very kind.

Not only did he do a very thorough, detailed inspection, but he also made recommendations for repairs that absolutely needed to be done, others that could wait, the best ways to fix certain issues, and how to check to see if the repair was done right. After the repairs were done by the seller, I had Johnny come back out to re-inspect the property and it's a good thing I did, because a number of the less visible repairs had not been done. After we were told those issues had finally been resolved, I asked Johnny to inspect it one more time, but it was very short notice and he was unable to schedule it. He gave me tips and advice on ways to check if the repairs had actually been done and advised me to get receipts for all the work that was reportedly done, something I would not have thought to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very thorough, detailed and helpful inspection.

He was there on time; he completed a good inspection, and his online report was ready to access by the end of the day.  I am happy to recommend him. 

Mr. Goad arrived right on time, being military punctuality is very important to me. He was very helpful over the phone as I had several questions with this being my first home inspection. Once he arrived he explained exactly what and how he was going to perform the inspection. He did not seem to mind that I followed him around during the inspection process and he also answered any questions that I had. At each inspection point he pointed out exactly what items were of concern and how to repair/fix the issue. Many of his suggestions for repairs could be made by a homeowner and therefore could save money in the long run. More impressively the final home inspection report arrived in my email later that evening. The report contained high quality photographs of each issue accompanied by a comment block. Many of the comments inputed included a suggested course of action for repair or maintenance. Overall I was very glad that I decided to work with Mr. Goad. I highly recommend him if you need a professional home inspection.

I was referred to Johnny by a mutual friend. I gave him a call and he would have been available to inspect my home within a couple of days, but because of my schedule, we picked a date 9 days from first contact. I showed up to my 8 AM appointment this morning about ten minutes early to find Johnny already on site and taking pictures of the exterior. He was very pleasant and did a very thorough job, all the while, taking time to explain everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and cited codes and regulations from memory. You can immediately tell that he has been doing home inspections for a while.
This afternoon he posted the results of the inspection online in a very readable format that even a layman can understand. The report can be downloaded and sent to the seller or kept for personal records.
Overall, this was an excellent experience. I would definitely call Johnny again.
