Went to store and picked put carpet and blinds. They already were scheduled to measure another home near ours so that afternoon room and windows got measured. Carpet and blinds were ordered the next day. Carpet was installed about a week later. Blinds have not come yet. Clarksville Floor Covering has very experienced installers. We have gotten carpet from them for many years. Family owned business so you get very good service. Highly recommend.

.Be careful when they unstall carpet in your home! I ordered 100% nylon berber carpet for my living, dining and bedrooms from this company. It's a good thing I took the sample home with me, when the installer rolled out the carpet, it was a cheaper grade that was not as thick as I ordered. When I called the manager he came out and was upset that I took the sample home. I had read online that some companies have three different grades of the same carpet design and will charge for the higher grade and install the lower one.

They lost the transaction and we had to call to remind them we needed to pay. Then they contracted someone who left extra carpet which we were charged for. The price was reasonable, but the hassle was not worth it.

Their dependable and we've used them over the years for about 27 years. They've been in business for a long time. They are very good.

They were very good. The installers were very courteous, pleasant, and did a nice looking job. The carpet they installed is a very good quality. I like the people.

I contacted the company in summer 2011. Then I went to the store, and David, a sales person, taught me a lot of things about carpet, mat, durability, quality, etc. Over an hour later, I left feeling confident that I had chosen a great carpet and mat. A few days later, David came to my house and measured all the rooms. He was very precise and thorough. A couple of days after that, I received an estimate that I thought was reasonable and accepted it. I made a down-payment. David and I agreed that the work would be done, 1) at some time in October and 2) in two phases. I wanted one side of the house done first, then the other after the first was finished and the furniture was put back in place. Two weeks before the work was to begin, I contacted the company to make sure we were still going to do the work as planned. I didn't reach David and spoke to a few other people. It seemed the work was not planned according to what we had agreed upon. According to one person, the work was going to be done in one day. It also meant that the installers would have to come back at a later date to install the remainder of the carpet, phase 2. At that time, it seemed that no one really knew anything about the installation except for David. I kept getting vague answers. I got a little concerned. David and I played phone tag several times. Eventually, I talked to someone who said they were going to install the flooring as David and I had agreed.
The installers came, did an excellent job on the carpet and mat as well as on the wood flooring, and I've been very happy with the new flooring ever since.

I went to Clarksville Flooring after going to the big box store to get a quote. I spoke to a salesman and picked out carpet which was a very quick decision. The salesman came out same day to measure the rental apartment. I got a quote the next afternoon and then scheduled the install. The installers were ontime if not a bit early. They did a great job. This was super seamless from start to finish and they were hundreds of dollars less than the big box store...would I use them again...absolutely!!!

The job went great overall. The people in the showroom were really helpful and helped us make a decision.
