Went good and now we finally have great internet service after 10 years

I have always been pleased with the service I receive from CDE. Naturally, I use them for local utility services but I've also recently switched to using them as a cable, internet, and home phone provider. They have had a few interruptions in service in the past few months but it's been in the process of upgrading so I can't complain any about that. I also love their chat feature online for when I don't have time to sit on hold. Also friendly and helpful.

We have been very pleased with this service.

I like the one-stop service. I like that they were very professional, when they came out and took care of the one problem we had with the box. They were very timely with that and they were timely with the installation too. I have had a couple of problems with cable and couple with the internet. They reset the box manually and tried to fix it and the next day they just brought us a whole new box, no questions asked. That was awesome. It cost us nothing so that was nice. If it were the TV, it would have cost me $35 to $40 a visit. They are very responsive.

The experience with them has been good. They have fast internet service.

We haven't had any issues. They came fairly promptly to install it a couple of years ago. Everything has been fine. The internet is fast and it really never goes down. The TV works fine. Every once in a while it will go out but that's due to the weather. We plan to continue using them.

We actually switched over to them this month. We had internet through electric company and TV through dish and it was more economical to have dish through electric company so we switched over to them.

I would not recommend them.
