Cerda Construction is wonderful!! They are very detailed with their work. They removed our textured ceilings, patched holes in walls, and then are doing a great job painting the ceilings and walls. We love their work so much, that they will be replacing our back deck for us.

He did great on the ceilings and removing the popcorn. The painting was generally good. He just dripped paint without cleaning, didn?t sand down a few areas, and dripping down the walls. Again. The majority of the paint was good.

"We did a walk-through to insure everything was perfect. She was very happy with all the work we did. She reached out to us last minute that she needed to get her new home done as soon as she closed because she needed to move in ASAP. We had 5 days to complete all this work. Even though I told her it would take 7 days. I moved some things around in my schedule to accommodate her time frame. We went above and beyond to take care of her. Two weeks later I get a 3-star review."

Contacted me quickly. Showed up on time to give me a written estimate. Not only did they do a great job, but contacted me to see if they could do the job a week earlier than scheduled. Got the deck sealed and some other painting done for me all in one day! They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

Cerda Construction did an amazing job removing 52 year old popcorn, repairing the drywall, & repainting my ceilings. They are 100% perfect and you canĂ¢ t tell there was ever popcorn on them. They also ripped out and rebuilt my staircase with a 24 hour turnaround. I would highly recommend this company for construction projects.

It was a ton of work, but they worked with my tight timeline to get the job done before I moved in. The new ceilings are gorgeous. I love them so much!! I hired them to remove popcorn ceiling did great job of this but to apply texture back this looked bad. They reapplied most rooms. It took so long. I would never use Home Advissor again!!!!
