I'm glad I don't have their service any more. A lot of times you'd be watching a channel and suddenly the sound would go off and it wasn't on just one channel, it was on various channels. I thought the price was a little high but I liked the convenience of everything being billed on one bill. There responsiveness was pretty good.

setting up the service was great. They provide our electricity, internet and digital TV. Best service for the area.
Work well with us when we needed to change the date of set up.
Have good sales going on - just need to go in because they don't post it on their website.
we have heard that calling them can be a problem because some people are not very helpful but so far we have not had a problem.

Most of the time we're happy with it. The cable does seem to go out a lot and sometimes the internet connections are slow, but I doubt that it's anymore different than the other providers.
