I had to file a complaint with Building and Codes to get hazardous work done after they lied to me claiming it wasn't their responsibility. Then they gave us a 30 day notice in retaliation when they were forced to fix the problem. The house was clean when we moved out, except for the freezer, and they charged for cleaning things that I have pictures of from the morning of the move out inspection. The cleaning work order was 11 days AFTER the inspection, and cleaned 20 days AFTER inspection. Nothing but problems renting from them.

We had a great experience and the townhouse was just perfect and clean.  So far I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a place to stay.

We had a busted waster pipe in our kitchen, and no cold water. Here it is 10 days later and we still havent seen anyone from Byers and Harvey here to fix our problem. We have mold starting to form under our sink, because even when the water pipe is closed, it still sprays everywhere when the kitchen sink is turned on. We called them the same day it happened and they said they had the report in the computer, and still no-one here to fix it. This is not the only problem we have had with the real estate property managers, we also had our mailbox ran over, we had a police report and everything, and it still took almost 2 weeks before they sent somebody out here to fix our mailbox. When we first moved in, we did the move-in inspection. We found that none of the bathroom outlets work (among other things) and here it is 10 months later, and the problems have never been addressed.
