I went in for the estimate and they were quick and polite. I spoke with my insurance co for the ok. I dropped the car off and all the work was done in the estimated time. The job was excellent the paint matches and the new panels fit perfectly. I found one error which they repaired quickly and with no agument at all.

Estimate was quick and easy. Fast quote. Called a few days before appointment to verify drop off and arrange for rental car. They arranged for a rental car to meet me at the auto body place. Quick and quality work. Left a complimentary touch up paint bottle in the car when it was picked up. Best auto body experience I've had out of the half dozen auto body places I've dealt with.

I called them, set up an appointment and got the front brakes serviced.
When i showed up, they greeted me kindly (always), received the keys and conducted the work. When the work was completed, they drove the car around to the front customer entrance.
The Owner and Staff are always professional and they do really good work.

Everyone was great and my vehicle looked new when they were finished. My car was also cleaned inside and out, which was unexpected.

My experience with them was 'A' quality.

The service was superior from the initial estimate appointment through when I picked up my car. I didn't even have to deal with my insurance company except for the initial claim. Bumpus handled everything. The work done was superb!

Truck was overheating. They gave a free estimate and inspection.
Determined the cause that day. It was fixed and ready to go within 2
days. Price seemed reasonable and fair. They were friendly and
professional. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my
vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
Only negative aspect was they don't accept discover.

The insurance covered it but it was about $9,600. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They called and checked in with me and they explained things and told me about things they found when they took it apart. They told me the cost even though it didn't affect my pocketbook. They told me when it would be ready. I've used them in the past and they are the only company I would use in the future.

They're very professional. Most of my things are covered by insurance but they let you know what it is and how much it is and they have always done it in a very timely manner. Like a day or two at the most. Also, they call back to ask how the service was and if I'm happy with everything.
