BMC Painting and Pressure Washing

My vinyl-sided house had a lot of green mildew built up particularly on the north side of the building.   The vinyl itself, which is tan, doesn't show the dirt and dust buildup too bad, and I was surprised at just how dirty the house had become once I was able to make a  "before" and "after" comparison.  When the tech completed the job, my entire house looked brand new again.  The tech started in the early a.m., right on time, and didn't stop for a break until the entire job was completed, which took 4 to 5 hours.  It was hotter than the blazes of h*** the day it was done too.  The tech was both, professional and friendly.  There was no wait time to get the service done.  I called BMC on a whim, expecting a 2 to 3 month wait time for service.  I happened to be on vacation that week and would be home.  I explained that I realized I was giving them short notice but if there was any way possible that they could get it done while I was off, I would appreciate it.  They were doing the work 2 days later.  I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I plan to have them come back and do future cleanings.  I haven't utilized their painting services yet, but I expect the quality of service would be equally good and will be using them for those needs as well.
