The gentleman was prompt and courteous but he did not do the detailed job I expected. This was new construction, with stickers still on some windows and construction dust in the tracks and those items did not get taken care of. Clearly, professional window cleaning is not this companies expertise.

HE WAS ON TIME, MADE THE BAD CARPET LOOK NEW, WAS SO NICE, HE LEFT TO BLOWERS SO THE CARPET COULD BE DRY, REALLY FAST, WE HAD AN EVENT THAT NIGHT AN HE CAME BACK TO GET DRYERS AN DOUBLE CHECKED, WAS GREAT , I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THANK YOU MS. GENTRY.

Very thorough cleaning. I have had other cleaners that have come to clean the carpets and have been in and out in thirty minutes but Blue Bunny took the time to do the job right. There were many steps involved in cleaning; swepts base boards, vaccumed, spot treatment, steam cleaning, carpet protector, etc. The job well exceeded my expectations. I was also given instructions on how to clean any new spots and a solution for future use. I would highly recommend Blue Bunny Carpet Cleaning to friends, family and anyone who will listen. And the price was very reasonable especially for the detail of cleaning.
