"I’m sorry you are unhappy with our service, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our records indicate your unit was installed over 13 years ago. During our service visit we acknowledged there was a Freon leak. Repairing the system would require finding the leak and repairing it if it is repairable. Since this would be such a costly gamble with your money on an old system with soon to be obsolete refrigerant, we recommended considering a new system. The new unit would utilize the new R-410A refrigerant, be more efficient and save money on future repairs while lowering your utility bills. While some choose the temporary fix of adding R-22 (Freon) to a system, this is not a permanent fix, there is no way to determine how long this bandaid will last."

Baggett Heating and Cooling removed our 5 year old, poorly installed unit and replaced it with of a 4 ton, 15 Seer, 2 stage heat pump and 2 stage gas furnace. We "saved" money 5 years ago by using a "guy" to replace the 30 year old Trane. Mistake. Thanks to Baggett Heating and Cooling for doing it right! Technicians Jesse, Shannon and Jason were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Jesse was the most helpful as he was here for the entire job. He is very thorough, smart, a pleasure to talk with and a huge asset to the company. We have a ranch with basement home and always only had one return in the basement. They cut in a return on the main floor, replaced two return ducts and sealed everything thoroughly. Thanks to Alana (owner) for helping us with everything on the front end with TVA, sizing the unit, offering options, thoroughly explaining everything, including financing with CDE. They even set-up a temp AC unit during install! Our home is way more comfortable!

They came promptly on time and they took care of the heat pump in the house. He was very cordial and did a good job. I live in the house with my children and they are the one that made the appointment and I was the available person to receive them when they came.

The technician arrived at our home on time. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes, bringing the defective part to me to inspect. The new part we needed was already on his truck and he replaced it within 10 minutes after giving me the price. He made sure that our heating unit was working properly and left the home well within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was courteous and very efficient. We always use Baggett Heating and Cooling and will continue to do so. I would feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone.

I contacted them first thing Monday morning; they said that the person who was supposed to put the emergency call forwarding on did not. They gave me a year free on our contract, they came out and fixed the problem immediately, and they apologized profusely. I am a happy customer again!
