Tim was extremely easy and flexible to work with. He worked with our schedule to establish a delivery time. The building arrived on time once a date was set. We were disappointed that the area of the wall over the loft was not insulated, even though we had paid a premium to have the walls and roof insulated. There is no outside handle for the garage door, which sticks when opening and closing. Otherwise, the building was as requested.
