They botched my hair so badly and the owner refused to even speak to me about it. The owner told them that I was just a liar and I was just trying to get a free haircut. They charged me $75 but that's $35 a haircut. The woman who cut my hair was their senior stylist and she spent more time with everybody else in the salon than actually paying attention to my hair. I would not use this provider again in the future.
9/19/14 Worse haircut I have ever had. I was butchered on top and have had to wear a hat everywhere I go for the past week and half and it looks no better so far. Even my husband said he couldn't tell me it wasn't bad without lying to me. People that I have let see it are appalled. The girl that did it didn't seem to concerned and she has done my hair at least four times before which were ok, not great but ok. I have found it very hard to find anyone who cares and is consistent in what they do. I was actually told that my hair grows fairly fast so should look ok in a couple weeks.
The girl that is the senior stylist looked at it and had the other girl shape it up more but it didn't help. Where is the customer service and professionalism??
Went back 10/21/14 and senior stylist that looked at it after it was done tried to shape it and make it look decent as it tries to grow. I was impressed with how she handled the situation this trip and was surprised she did make my hair look a little better as it continues to try and grow back on top. I was impressed with her knowledge and willing to fix for me.
It's been four months and the top is maybe long enough to do something with, going back 1/13/15 to same senior stylist that helped before to see what can be done at this point. Anxious but hopeful.
I've also used their med-spa and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff isn't pushy and they make you feel comfortable. I trust them to make recommendations based on my needs rather than trying to up sell me on more expensive procedures. What more can you ask for?
"Thank you very much for your feedback. I apologize because its sounds like my desk staff didn't do a good job of explaining why we have those polices. We offer a very different salon atmosphere & experience, we cater to adults. While we do welcome children with appointments, we ask that they not come when they don't so that other clients can enjoy that time away and have an experience thats just about them. We do require a credit card to book certain services, the card is entered and staff cannot access that information in client records so client information is protected, we only charge clients who noshow, not those who have true emergencies or who cancel within a 24 notice. These policies aren't for everyone, only those who want this type of experience and atmosphere. Since you have not actually been to our salon, we welcome you to try us in the future so that you may understand why those policies make for a very good experience. Thanks for the feedback!
