They were very friendly; they seemed to put forth a decent amount of effort. They tried to work with us as best as they could but we think they could have done a little more research on their end. They were very professional, friendly and very willing to work with us and they were very straight forward, did not seem to hide anything from us. But sometimes I questioned their knowledge of topics that came up. They are a decent company and they are relatively knowledgeable. I would say that I might spur them to do some more research than the bottom line research, give them a little more detail so that when you are doing house hunting they are better informed to what you need then you spend much less time house hunting. We looked at about 50 houses in 4 days.
