They had the knowledge to get the job done in the right time of year. Told us what needed to be done to make home sell better. Sold in 9 days. What can I say.

The seller paid all the real estate fees. She was very friendly and professional. She listened to us unlike a lot of realtors. She found properties that were in our price range. If I called her with something I had seen online, she was prompt with looking it up and setting up an appointment for us to look at it. We looked at a couple of manufactured homes and she was happy to set it up but she also advised us that financing was difficult to find for those sort of properties. They were a good company to use and I would definitely recommend them.
