An excellent way to introduce my daughter into the world of banking. She was treated like an adult, she is 18, from the beginning of the process until the end. She was handle with respect and every step was explained so that she could understand. As her mother, I was impressed that they talked to my daughter, instead of talking to me. It is her checking and savings accounts. They gave her financial advice about building credit and warned her about credit card offers during her first year of college while she waited for her ATM card to be made. This was helpful and unsolicited advice. They helped her set up mobile banking and told her how to protect herself from identity theft. Overall, it was a great expereince. They treated her like she was their daughter starting out in life and I will forever be grateful. Excellent job Altra staff!!

I would go back if I got another care, they gave me a really good interest rate and gave me a Garmin on top of that so I can't complain. I would use them again.
