Went great! He accurately identified the problem and was able to pick up the part before coming over. It only took a few minutes. He and his son were polite and enjoyable to have in the home.

Cooked breakfast on stovetop, later when I went to make lunch the burner switch made a clicking and buzzing noise. The burner would shutoff, not the gradual turnoff because the temperature was reached but just cut off. I opened the back and saw that while turning the switches the connections would spark and there was burn powder at the wiring connections in places. He came out the next day to access, ordered new burner switches and came back the following day to replace them. Completely put stove back together, works just fine now. I would use them again in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!  Andy was prompt, efficient,  and very professional. He explained exactly what the issue was and each step in the process to remedy the problem. The price was very fair and even came with a 30 day warranty.  I would use this company again.

I barely knew he was here. He was very efficient.

Nothing but good things to say about Andy. Just dumb luck to be at the top of the category but it couldn't happen to a nicer fella. Honest, integrity, fair, great communication efforts and friendly to boot.

Called AAA left a message. Andy gave me a call back, we set up an appointment. He was on time, also very courteous. He gets an A+ for customer service. Andy determined that the transmission is broken on the washer. He made a call to get a cost for the part. I determined that it is more practical to purchase a new washer. No repairs performed just the diagnosis.

He checked for any clogs first and then tested the drain pump. That was the problem. He had the part and was able to fix it quickly. He came 10 minutes early and was friendly and knew what he was talking about. I would definitley have him oout again.

he came in, Inspected it and found that the blower wheel needed to be tightened- that's all! He replaced no parts, and was only there about 25 minutes and was charged $95! I should have gotten quotes first. He was good but I still think it was a lot of money for a simple fix. I will probably not use him again.

Called - came by and found problem. Had to order part. Part arrived next day and he came by an installed it for us.

I thought their price was very reasonable compared to other providers I spoke with. So far he is the best. He was honest with his work He told me the washing machine had a screw loose. He fixed both appliances. He gave me a specific time and was here at that time. He was a very nice guy and very polite.

When I called he was able to come the next day. I described the trouble I was having and he brought a part with him that he thought might be the issue- once he determined what was wrong, he quickly replaced the part on my dryer. While he was here, I asked if he would go ahead and clean the trap on my washing machine fully expecting to pay him extra for the time. He cleaned the trap and did not charge me for it. Extremely professional. Will definitely call again for any appliance repair needs in the future.

He called back very quickly after my first call to the business. Set a very quick appointment and arrived exactly on time. Found the problem quickly and even found a cheaper fix than he'd thought he'd need to use. Would have no problem calling again if needed.

Wonderful he was very friendly. He was fast. Part were on his truck. He even hooked my dryer back up when he was done. He only charged me $20 over the price of the part for his service. I WILL DEFINATELY USE HIM AGAIN!

Andy is a terrific guy. He showed up on time, after making a confirming call to make sure someone was at home. He was very professional and after inspecting the dishwasher, he confirmed he had the part already on his truck and replaced it very quicky and a reasonable price.
As a bonus, my youngest daughter mentioned she was going to be 4 on Saturday, so Andy felt it was appropriate to hand her a new $10 bill as a gift. Really, a top notch experience!

Because of prior commitments, he was not able to come immediately. However, he was able to arrive within 48 hours. The problem was that a piece of the latch mechanism had broken off and jammed the release. Once the door was open, he was able to order the appropriate part and replaced it the next day. The total bill was as originally estimated and very reasonable.

Everything was done professionally and we will use the service again.

Our dryer was making noise and the controls were not functioning properly. We called AAA acelerated Appliance, Andy came out on the day scheduled, after we had to reschedule due to my wife being ill. He examined the dryer, identififed the problem and called back with a quote on repairs. At that time he recommend not repairing the unit but replacing it when it completly failed, since the coust of repair would be more than 1/2 the cost of a new unit. Andy was professional and willing to give sound advice even though he could have made more money fixing the unit.

I called on Tuesday, explained what I needed and asked for a quote, he called back with an estimate within 5 minutes, made an appt for the very next day and made our house his first stop. Called when he was on his way and showed up on time. The job took less than 20 minutes but it wasn't something I was comfortable doing by myself (although I did attempt to). After completing the job he did a test run which it worked perfectly! He was very polite and professional. I will definitely call again when we need something.
