remodeling
+ -1 moreWe agreed to have him do the job, so he came over to do a walkthrough before starting. He wanted money up front. I said no but was willing to pay for materials at the store and pay for each part of the project as it was completed. He agreed and then I never saw him again. He has not returned any phone calls.
Description of Work: He provided an estimate and we made a plan to begin a significant remodel of my house. He was going to add a deck, reinforce the floors, and add a bathroom.
