home inspection
+ -1 moreI was extremely impressed with the details of the report he sent by email (my agent was present for the inspection). The photos were very detailed and completely backed up the written description. He even included helpful hints for repair and regular maintainance. We had detailed phone conversations about the report since I was in Texas. It made me feel very comfortable purchasing the home. He was so detailed looking in all the nooks and crannies that it took me a while to locate some minor ceiling damage he had indicated in a closet (very poorly lit area) when we had our final inspection. Wish I had had him to inspect my Galveston home.
