Mike Edwards and his assistant were very punctual, and professional, but also very friendly. They were working from about 9:45 am to 12:10 pm with a vacuum truck. They cleaned each vent while running the vacuum, and also hand washed the registers. They also sprayed an odorless disinfectant into the system. My husband and I were very pleased with their work, and three years from now we will be calling them to do it again!

It went alright. I probably didn't need the "freshener treatment", though. It was kind of an up-sell, and I was disappointed in that. Overall, they did a good job, though.

I was very unhappy with them. I think after they finished they have caused a problem in my air ducts and they wont come back out to look at it.

Mike and Jesse were very professional working under difficult conditions.  They were very conscientious and thorough.  This company strongly believes in the importance of air duct cleaning and the healthful benefits it provides.  If you are considering having your air ducts cleaned, they are the only company in the area that has the truck mounted equipment which cleans the air ducts completely.  

They were good and they just did an excellent job. They came when they said they would come and did what they were supposed to do.

The contact person was very professional. They came on time and performed the service politely and efficiently.
I declined the spraying of Micro-Ban into the ducts. The Environmental Working Group determines it to be potentially hazardous. People with chemical sensitivity SHOULD NOT use that. If you do not say specifically you don't want it, it is automatically done.
There was one scratch in the wall when removing the intake cover, but he was very apologetic.
Overall, this company is a definite step-up from what we usually have to deal with in East Tennessee where the majority of workers can be rude and sloppy. This service was way over-do for us, and we are glad we did it.

When I called to see about an estimate, he said that he would be happy to do a free estimate at a time convenient for me. I informed him that I was available the following day, and he showed up in a timely manner at the agreed upon time. He was very professional.

We initially scheduled the actual work for the day before Thanksgiving. I had a change of mind and did not want to wait that long. I called him and he was more than happy to work with my new scheduling requirements. He was able to fit me in right away!

I highly recommend him to anyone!

I could not have asked for or expected better service. I have had servicemen of all kinds in my home over the
years, but these guys were the absolute best. If you need your ducts clean, you will not find a better service.
If i need this service again, I will call them.

The service was okay. I would recommend them to other members. There was nothing I liked or disliked about their service. They are the only ones in area. We used have another one but not anymore. .

Very well. They arrived on time and even installed our ducts with a better quality fastener than we had before.

These guys I would highly recommend because of the professionalism and the quality of their work. When they got ready to leave once again they came and went over things with me again. They were very careful in trying not to make big mess and when they finished they cleaned everything up.
