"This gentleman has his date incorrect for cleaning! We cleaned for him a year ago. He complained about a hair in the bath! and crumbs on the kitchen countertop only! He was not there. We cleaned an empty house and a neighbor opened and closed the house for us. Staff returned to put things right! He refused to let the staff into the house and refused to pay! I returned his check in good faith. A lesson learnt!"
