I CALLED  WILLIAMS GARAGE DOORS   IN THE MORNING, AND HE WAS HERE WITHIN THE HOUR.  HE SAW WHAT WAS WRONG, RIGHT OFF.  HE RAN A NEW WIRE TO THE SENSOR , AND MADE SURE THE REMOTES WERE WORKING.

HE THEN SPRAYED THE MAIN SPRING AND ALL THE WHEELS AND JOINTS

, AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY


 I AN VERY HAPPY  WITH WILLIAMS GARAGE DOORS, AND WOULD ABSOLUTLY USE THEM AGAIN.

I had used them in the past for door opener service. Our springs broke and I called them. They worked us in on the same day and the tech came out and informed us that they could not service the springs, as it was a Wayne Dalton door. The technician kindly provided me contact info for the appropriate vendor and measured for a new door if we wanted to change out to a door model that they could sell and service. They did not charge us a trip fee or a service call.

Williams responded promptly and scheduled a time for repair right away. We were pleased with the work done and impressed by the fact that the worker took time to oil our second door which is still functioning. Will not hesitate to contact Williams again if/when other door gives up the ghost.
