I have a graduate degree but I can't figure out the bill. I don't have any problem with the quality, it seems to be good. Most of the people I've dealt with get an A.

They are very courteous and will go out of their way for you. When signing up for internet you have to accept the agreement online. At the time I didn't have access, so he helped me call a friend who checked the agreement online for me. I have been with them since 1992 and I am very pleased with their customer service.

Verizon Wireless provide good service and I will continue using them in the future.

They have a plan where I can get free calls to other network. I would use them in the future.

They have very good coverage. The 4G is great, I haven't had any problems with it.

It's been a long time and I really have no reason to talk to them. We have the bills set up and have no reason to talk to Verizon. They probably have the most coverage among many carriers as far as I can tell in the area and generally they provide pretty good service. I am not dissatisfied. I think they probably are the best providers because you can pick up things in a lot of area which cannot be picked up by other carriers. The price is the same as other providers. I had no problems with the service they provide. I never had an issue with my phone and I never had to call them to do anything. They are very good and they have taken time and serviced it when I had problems, they take care of it. I would never change it again.
