The system is a ceiling structure over an enclosed or open patio, Florida room, etc. It is a small niche in the total architecture of the home, but these professionals perform a superior job with a great product.
The entire project proceeded smoothly with no problems. The project came in on budget and on schedule. Installation required two days. We received all products and services requested in the quote. The sales agent and installers were professional, friendly, and courteous. The installers removed all debris and replaced items to our complete satisfaction. Follow up calls were answered promptly and the sales agent, Jerry Frederick, emphasized that the company stands ready to correct any problems should they occur following installation of the new ceiling, rain gutters, and downspouts.
