"We are very sorry that the service received did not meet this customer’s level of expectation. As a company we try very hard to keep our teams as consistent as possible. We cannot guarantee the same team every time due to sickness, holidays, vacations, etc... Our records show that the last service date for this client was over six months ago on December 5, 2014, which is a very high demand month. We sent an email the same day requesting feedback to which there was no reply. Our employees are paid based on their performance; therefore, customer feedback is highly important to us. I have searched every communication we've had with this client. Regretfully, I cannot find any messages or emails requesting that I call her regarding the previous service. The next time that I spoke with the client was to give a friendly reminder of her next appointment date, it was at this point she cancelled her services, due to inconsistent teams. We lament that it took six months to learn of the issue regarding responsiveness via an online review. Two Maids & A Mop always strives for 100% satisfaction, because we believe that we are a maid service worth talking about!"

"We would like to thank this Customer very much for this feedback on our service. Our goal at Two Maids & A Mop is 100% satisfaction. We promised to deliver a Top to Bottom Move In Cleaning to this Customer and it seems the entire package was not delivered to their standards. This Customer reached out to us the day following the cleaning, and we discussed the items mentioned. Some of these areas are also included in this review. Our Customer Service standards begin with a genuine apology and an offer to come re-clean the home, which was offered for that very afternoon. At the conclusion of the conversation, it was understood that items we missed were minor and already fixed by the Customer, and all of our offers to resolve the issue with future re-cleans and discounts were politely declined. It seems that our team was accompanied by a carpenter in another area of the home, which makes it extremely difficult to get every bit of dust and debris when it's being circulated back into the air by the work of a carpenter. Even with circumstances like these, we still want to provide our Customer with a great experience. We felt our offers to resolve the Customer's complaint were fair and prompt, and concluded by repeating that we didn't want this Customer to walk away dissatisfied. We take complaints like this very seriously, and have the best intentions of living up to our standards for quality and service. We would still like the opportunity to resolve this issue for the Customer, as this is the first we have heard of the issue beyond that phone call, and will continue to follow up with them. We are a Company who values and appreciates every Customer. We will always work with Customers to resolve issues promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. In a world of automated phone systems and outsourced call centers, our Customers typically find it refreshing to have a local manager handling their issues. If given the opportunity, we are dedicated to ensuring each Customer walks away 100% satisfied. We would like to again thank this Customer for their business and honest feedback.
