Mr. Pennington was easy to work with and flexible with hours. He was good for someone like us who were out of town. And he is very patient with the seller who was difficult to work with. He had good people lined up to do the home inspection. And all paperwork was on time even when we had to switch lenders, he kept the process flowing.
