He was humane. We had a raccoon in our crawlspace. He trapped it and removed it in a very humane way. He was thorough and he repaired the area where they got in.

I had problems with chickmunks burrowing into the foundation of my home and getting into the walls. I had a hard time finding a pest control service that would handle this problem. Tru Tech did a great job. They also identified a mice problem at the opposite end of my house. They treated for both and the problems were resolved within a couple of weeks. I felt the pricing was high, but they did a good job and are one of only two companies I could find to deal with the chickmunk problem.

I called Friday morning and had someone out to my house by 9am. He was very professional and courteous. He could tell I was nervous and concerned about the raccoons and he was extremely understanding and patient. Answered my many, many questions about the raccoons, their behavior, and their process for removing them from our house. The tech always answered my calls during the 2-3 week service period and was very responsive (always came out on the same day). The price is a little high, but definitely worth every penny. I will absolutely recommend them and we are considering signing up for a monthly pest service.

The experience was good all around and they took care of the problem promptly. The person who came was very cordial and very polite.The only thing I didn't like was their price because I thought it was outrageous.
