TOPPERS ROOF REPAIR

Our roof was replaced due to storm damage by Toppers. They were sent to us by insurance company. They changed the roof out, later it leaked costing us over 13k in damages which insurance woujd not repair because three different people assessed it one of which wasn’t from insurance company but informed us the reason it leaked is because the roof was done incorrectly so therefore not covered by insurance. There was no flashing where it needed to be in one spot and leaked into our wall and damaged wall and floor. After contacting Toppers they refused to repair it and was rude as hateful as well. However he was prompt in coming to assess but rude and then would not answer the phone. I woujd never use or recommend him again.

Toppers was prompt in coming to assess the wind damage and did some repairs and put on a tarp to hold us until insurance could inspect. Tony was good to walk us through the decision process regarding upgrades and color. He was not at all pushy about either, but had helpful advice when asked. The replacement was completed in one very cold day with no mess left behind.

They did the work on time at a reasonable price.  Very satisfied

Tony was very nice to deal with and his crew is extremely hard working. They were punctual and did a great job on my roof! There were small projects that popped up that they did not hesitate to complete (some wood needed replacing here and there). I asked for my fascia boards to be reworked (at an extra cost) and they did a GREAT job putting up new boards and covering them with trim coil.
I would definitely recommend and I will use them again in the future if anything comes up.
