We were really sold on the polite young salesman, he knew his stuff and worked for the sale. After the deposit, communication was so poor it complicated the whole job. The Top This sub-contractor (not their crew) supervisor could not communicate and the crew left personal trash all around. The "professional" sub-contractor when taking out a chimney pushed a big cloud of dust inside due to lack of preparation and awareness. Then left us the mess! When told a 3% discount wasn't fair one of the business owners didn't care.
