Their price might be cheaper, but the quality definitely reflects it. They first tried to set the fence in the soil instead of on the concrete like the original fence. If we hadn?t caught it, the gate would have been six inches taller than the fence. After we stopped them, they told us we had to pay extra for installation on the concrete and wait another week for additional parts?costing us another three hundred dollars. When the job was finished, the fence was not what I expected. The gate and fence weren?t even, one pole was missing a bolt, and another bolt didn?t match. They came back and added the missing bolt, but the smaller mismatched bolt is still there, and the fence still shakes. The manager said there was nothing more they could do. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Great company to work with. I got multiple quotes and while they were not the lowest they were right at what most of the quotes were. What made the difference if that they were very thorough talking about the design and suggested a modification or two to make it work better that most other companies didn’t notice would be an issue which hand me more confidence in them. They showed up when they said, started the job one day and finished it the next morning. It looks amazing. They even put a wheel on the gate which was not in the original plan just because they wanted to make sure everything lasted and I was happy.

Giovanni the supervisor on site was great about making sure the fence was lined exactly where we wanted. We wanted to make a change and he was so accommodating. They worked hard and our fence was done in a timely manner with quality materials and the end result is it looks fantastic! Highly recommend this company!.

They work with us on the other stuff that we had going on. They were very nice. They told me it would be done on Friday and they came back out Saturday around 4 but didn't communicate that they were coming back out Saturday. They finished it Sunday. They did a good job on the fence.

Top Rail Fence was AMAZING! From the estimate to the finished product, they were professional, courteous, timely and efficient. They did a repair from tree damage on one section and then installed 3 additional chain link runs and two gates. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed in 2 days. I highly recommend this company for any fencing needs.
