I have been working with Home Depot for three and a half years and it has been a nightmare. They have 22 patches on my roof, when you step on one, the other side lifts up. There are still leaks. There is mold in my home that caused me to come down with a case of pnemonia that put me into the hospital for over a week. I have tried to get in contact with Home Depot corporate, and I have received no response. I am still living in a home with a leaking roof and mold growing inside. The water has gone through my attic, down the walls, and all the way into my basement. The water will shoot out from the drywall three or four feet out of the wall during a storm.

They are incredibly helpful.

My experience with the Home Depot was fine.

The Home Depot had the tool that we needed and we got for the whole weekend for what I thought was a very fair price. The people were very courteous and seemed to appreciate our business.

Estimate given, price was comparable to other estimate. Siding materials were delivered and sat in driveway 1 week before work stated related to rain. The first day of work the foreman spoke with me....he was wearing a T shirt with Sears logo on it, I questioned him to make sure he was from Home Depot. The work started on house, roof surrounding chimney was being also being repaired.
The repair man for the roof spoke with me...stated it was extremely important that the flashing placed on chimney in 4 areas was not to be cut...LEAVE AS IS!!! He requested siding foreman number to speak with him. I advised Siding foreman and I also gave him roof repairman's phone number and told him to call him...I told him what roof repairman said about the flashing 2 times. When siding on chimney was completed and all work was done an inspection was completed. I was not able to inspect chimney neither did the inspector from Home Depot. The roof repairman returned to inspect chimney and found flashing had been cut in 2 places. We were advised to call if any leaking occured and if it did there would be additional cost. He put this in writing. I notified Home depot on voicemail. No one called me back reguarding this matter. No leaking spots noted inside house as yet.

They did a great job. I was disappointed that one of the toilets didn't get hooked back up. I was displeased when the measurements for the job didn't get into the hands of the contractor. They made a perfect recommendation regarding the grout that had been selected. I had chosen one that they said would not look good with the tile we bought. They were right.

The job went fine and there were no problems. The installers were very thorough and they made sure that everything fit properly. I would recommend them because the quality of their work and their price.
