They called first and showed up when they said they would, bright and early. After pressure washing, they returned a couple of days later, also bright and early, as was agreed and completed the seal and stain process. They were friendly, polite, and worked efficiently. I am happy with how the deck looks.

Andy pressure washed the drive, house, and sidewalk to perfection. Not too much pressure or detergent, which was important because of the age of the home and deck. The drive sealing was smooth and clear with enough gloss to provide a clean look. The decks were older and I was very satisfied with the deck treatment and water protection. Andy was always available and we always knew what was happening.

Andy and his co-worker first came out and power washed the deck and all the railings. They had to move a number of big, heavy planters along with deck furniture, a gas grill, and numerous solar lights. The entire deck, having been built by three builders over time, looked amazing. Two days later they were back and stained the deck, railings, steps, and even some trim around the pool. They finished the Staining, moved everything back and I did not find a single boo boo. I highly recommend Andy, The Deck Doctor, to anyone needing this service.

Mr. Vincent was very prompt in answering my initial call. He told me an approximate date that he could do the work and said he would call me, He called  when he said he would, set the date to do the work, called before he came, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. He and his helper were very neat and cleaned as they worked. They removed the furniture from the deck before they started . The deck had been built about 6 years ago and nothing had been done to it except an occasional pressure washing. It looked pretty rough before he started.  Mr. Vincent pressure washed the deck- it even looked great after that. He let it dry for a day and then came back and put the stain/sealer on. It looks wonderful and looks like a brand new deck. I am more than pleased!!! I definitely will use the Deck Doctor again. His professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. I would highly recommend this service!!!!

Andy did a great job! Called a few others to come out and quote but Andy was the only one to show up on time. We had him pressure wash the house and repair/stain our fairly large deck (10 years old). He left a clean job site. I'm happy and more importantly my wife is too. 
We plan on using Andy in the near future to do some painting. Very trust worthy, fair and communicates without asking.

It was great working with Andy from start to finish. He came out shortly after I inquired about getting a quote, and once I gave him the go ahead, he put us on their schedule. He kept that schedule and did a fantastic job overall. After the first day, the interior and exterior trim for the screened in porch cleaned up so well, we decided it wasn't worth painting. He offered to paint it anyway, provide a $275 credit, or pressure wash the whole front of the house, including the front porch and walkway. I elected for the latter and am very pleased with how clean the front of the house looks. As far as the deck, it came out looking great also. After one coat of paint, Andy wasn't happy enough with the result. Even though he had only quoted one coat, he came back out the next day to give the deck flooring a second coat at no charge. His crew also pressure washed the walkway and stone steps adjacent to the deck at no extra charge. Andy was very professional and responsive throughout the project. My wife still can't believe how nice he was. I highly recommend to anyone with exterior painting and/or deck refinishing / repainting needs.

They were excellent. We're going to have them again this summer to do the maintenance on the deck. He was busy so we had to wait a little bit to get him but he was worth the wait and he did come when he said he was coming.

They exceeded my expectations in all ways. Brushing is the way to paint a deck if you want it to last. Other lower quotes were based on spraying and doing some back brushing. Quality work, done in a timely manner, by real professionals, at a reasonable price.

Exceeded my expectations. We added on to an old deck last year, and Andy made both look new. He was prompt and did a great job. He was clean, neat, and very professional. He will be,our annual deck maintenance guy.

I sent a request for an estimate and he came out to my house and gave me a call really fast. I was happy that they were able to complete the work without me having to take time off from work. When they cleaned the deck it went back to the original light tan color that it was when it was built. I was really impressed with how quick he was and how economical it was. He even told me that my deck was in good shape when I asked him if I needed any repairs. Andy was really a stand up guy. I saw the rave reviews on Angie's List and I am very grateful he was able to do it. My neighbors were impressed as well, they booked him to power wash their house!
