Gladys, Jessica and Lydia did an Initial Clean A. They did a great job. They cleaned areas that I would miss when I cleaned my house myself. They were on time and very professional about their work. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Brenda and Janet did an excellent job. The inspector didn’t come today, but I want to call out Kathy as exceptional too. Kathy first cleaned and now inspects services periodically to ensure consistent quality.

Serenity, Sonya, & Ashli do a phenomenal job every visit! My house is beautifully clean when they leave!

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for over 8 years, and have been assigned several teams of 2 over that time, and each team seems better than the last! Right now, my gals Jessica and Amy sweep in with big smiles, and get everything polished, and dust-free and shiny. They are good at what they do, and they listen if I have requests. I cannot say enough good things about them and The Cleaning Authority.

Gabrielle and Emily do such a wonderful job for my mom!!! She enjoys their company every 2 weeks!! Mercedes has been a part of cleaning at times. Whomever comes does a fantastic job cleaning!! Thank you Cleaning Authority!!!!!!

I️ have used the Cleaning Authority for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with the service. This summer I had the chance to meet Allison who has cleaned my home for ~2 years. Very friendly and professional. I️ like that she has been the same person to clean my home for so long. My most recent cleaning was Allison and Michelle and they did a great job.

The house is 1,640 sq.ft. with 3 bedroom & 3 baths. There are usually 2 workers which spend about 1 hour each visit, When they leave, the house is sparkling! The workers are always courteous, cheerful and efficient. Although there are somtimes different workers, the most frequent cleaners have been Brianna, Stephanie & Heather. They are all a pleasure to have in our home.

I've had a few issues but they have been resolved pretty quickly. Right now the cleaning crew of Heather, Jalynn & Makayla did an excellent job on my house.

Great. Cleaners were Pearline Oxford & Christy Wilson. Both did an excellent job, very efficient , very friendly & professional. Can't get any better.

This latest cleaning was wonderful. Promise J and Sandy M did a fabulous job that even my husband commented on how well they did. Always love my cleanings but this week was extra good. My only comment is that I wish there would be consistency in the cleaning crews from week to week.

This very professional team -- Allison Hare, Jessica Starnes, and Michelle Dill -- sweeps through my house every 2 weeks, and leaves it shining clean. These gals know how to do it! They're efficient, meticulous, and they use organic cleaning products. Plus, they are smiling and pleasant. I made a very good choice six years ago.

The quality depended on the crew that showed up. It was always someone different and this last cleaning was the straw that broke the camel's back. The tile floors had blatantly obvious streak marks. The carpet in our great room was completely missed as well as the hardwood in the entryway. There is now an oil stain on our driveway from their vehicle. They sent an inspector to come out and they re-cleaned the missed areas, which I appreciate. If you are looking for consistent cleaners I recommend looking elsewhere. The last 2 weeks the crews knocked on a few of the neighbors doors trying to find the correct house. Our house numbers are clearly marked in the mailbox....

The owner was very professional. The first time they came they charged extra because they cleaned for 4 or 5 hours. My bathrooms weren't being cleaned. There would be wadded up rags in the bathtub. They would be here for about 2 hours after they actually got the job, so I knew it wasn't getting done. I had to call and found out that they do not touch or pick up anything. It wasn't the service I was looking for, so I found individuals rather than a company to better suit my needs.

The last time they cleaned a family member had died and friends and relatives were stopping by that afternoon and evening.  I thought they did not show up because the house was a mess, there were stains and debris on the floor, the dining room table was dirty and the kitchen counters were not wiped up.  I was stunned to find out they did come and that they had such a poor work ethic, that they would accept the check and the 20 dollar tip I left for each of the two workers.  Management is not responsive to complaints.  They acknowledge them through clenched teeth and never apologize or try to make it right.  You can tell they are defensive where they should be ashamed. There is no excuse for such poor work.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for several years.  We travel and they have always accommodated our travel schedule.  They use a 2-person team and they are always prompt, professional, and thorough.  When we can't be home, I leave a key and trust them completely to be in my home when we are away.  The office is very easy to work with also.

They're very reliable. I've had them for six years. They're well-trained and do a good job. I've been happy with them; as happy as anybody can be! They come every other week. Their pricing is based on square footage. I have two bedrooms, two baths, living and kitchen and they do a good job for me. I've had the same girls. They're very good to keep the same person coming to you. They charge $76 for 1200 square feet. Once they've done the work my place shines. They can do better than I can!

The cleaning Authority has provided cleaning service every other week for several months.  They always send two women and for the past two weeks have sent a third who was a trainee.  They always provide the service on the schedule and according to the original agreement settled on with the owner of the business.
On the rare occasion that I need a schedule change, the office staff is always cordial and helpful in arranging this.
