Friendly service.

They always do a good job.  In fact we had a partial 4.09 to 4.13.  We don’t remember exactly when that was.  So we’ve done some business with them and they’ve always done a great job.  We’ve used them probably for the last couple of years.

My old one was about 20 years old and Stan's did routine maintenance semi-annually for several of those years and kept it going. They did a good job on the new pump and the old.

Their charge was reasonable in the amount of what they do. The technician that came out is very friendly and it's always the same one so we go to know him and he is now the person that people call because he does good work and very consistent.

Once I called Mr. Stan to tell him our choice to use his company, he made me aware of some of the local rebate programs I could participate in as well.  He & his crew were wonderful when it came to installing the system.  They were punctual, professional, and very helpful in every aspect of the process.  I would "highly" recommend this company.  As a matter of fact, my husband & I plan to utilize Mr. Stan and his company for all of our future heating/AC needs.  We will also recommend them to all of our friends.  
If you want someone you can trust and place your faith in to take personal care of your home, then give Mr. Stan a call!!!

I've used them for 4 years and will continue to use them. They are responsive not only when I've had any breakdowns but also on their PM. They are a very professional group. I always use the same individuals to do my PM on my heating and air conditioning systems.

They were very professional throughout the project, letting us know in detail of the things they were doing and why. They kept us informed throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. We love that our home is comfortable! This was all part of finishing out our basement. Now the downstairs is comfortable too. We did this through VEC and TVA through the loan program that allows you to replace your existing unit and pay back the loan by adding an additional ammount on your electric bill. I doubt we would have been diligent enough to save up that much to replace the unit (which needed replacement even though it was still working, as it was not keeping our home comfortable).
