They do not return phone calls. They have now pawned me off to the manufacturer to have my warranty issue dealt with. The phone number listed on your site has been disconnected.

I started my relationship with Russell getting a reverse osmosis system for the sink. A friend had recommended his business and I thought I was in good hands. Boy was I! I was so pleased with that experience, I ultimately upgraded to the whole house system. I wish I had just but the bullet and did it all at once. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, polite, knowledgeable, on time, and above and beyond with the customer service. Without hesitation, I can recommend Russell and his team and I even have another project they are working with me on- rain barrels. Please do not hesitate to reach out if needed.

I delt with the owner & he was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions & concerns. The guys that came and installed my new water softener were friendly and professional. I have only had the unit a few days but I am very happy with the company so far. Also, they offer a Military discount, which means something to me.
