Rude, inconsiderate, staff. I called to have some lint removed from my dryer - super simple, right? Not for signature appliance. They have had my dryer for over a week, caused me to vacate my home due to the dryer amount of lubricant they sprayed in my dryer - I have an 8-day old baby. I still have NO idea when I am getting my dryer back and don't have any timeline. The schedulers are rude and lose their tempers on the phone. I understand people get busy, but it has been a week with no end in sight.

I paid $92 for the technician to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the washer and then quote a completely outrageous price for repair.

They were very prompt the first time we called. The technician arrived, took apart dryer and said he would have to order parts. Did not hear from him for almost three weeks. He called set up appointment, showed up a day early. Luckily I happened to have gotten off work early and was there. Once he was there, he took dryer apart again and said he needed to get more parts and would be back the next day. He came the next day , worked on dryer and put it back together and left. I know I should have checked before he left (bad on my part)...but soon after I put a load of clothes in to dry and there was no heat. Called my husband and both he and I placed a phone call and left messages. They called back and set up another appointment for which they did not show. So my husband called again and left two messages. Signature has yet to return those calls. So he called the day after and left a message for the manager to call. It's been 3 days and no call has been returned. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Oh and the web site does say "Satisfaction Guarnteed"...really?

I needed to have the door fixed on a Wolf oven. I tried contacting both of the Factory Certified Service vendors in the Chattanooga area. After trying multiple times, I gave up. I then looked for appliance service companies in the area with good reviews. Signature Appliance had good reviews so I chose them. I talked with Olga on the phone multiple times. She was always professional, and even answered calls after hours via her personal phone. The service technician that came out was Larry, and he did a great job. He's a really nice guy and got the work done in a timely manner. They may not be "Factory Certified" by Wolf, but they are responsive, know how to get the job done, and are all friendly in the process.

Signature replaced a part. This was at a family vacation home. The appliance guy explained beautifully that he would possibly need to come back and replace the more expensive, less common part. I knew that I was dealing with an expert and felt great about that.What he did not explain was that if we waited more than 30 days to get him there his great deal on a repeat visit (his time) was void. It took a while for someone in the family to use the house to notice that the fridge still was not working perfectly or to do anything except reset it. We lost the savings of a repeat visit. We ended up with a beautifully repaired fridge, though.

Call these people to look at my Washer. Told nme one price for the visit and charged me another. Was not able to fix my problem either. Said they would find a used part for me - never did. Did call to tell me they had my new parts in. Also mentioned they would refund the over charge - never did. Generally they do not seem to know what they are doing. I fixed it myself.

They showed up and took my microwave. Next to impossible to get ahold of anyone after that for a follow-up and status. They didn't answer calls. Everything went to voice mail with no return calls from multiple messages left. The literally screen calls. When I called them from a phone number they didn't recognize, they finally answered and were obviously caught off guard. They finally fixed my microwave and brought it back to the house. I will never use this company again.

dryer was not heating. they replaced two thermostats and it quit working shortly after they left. they returned and repaired it again and it worked for 2 days then broke again.they fixed it again and it quit again that same day.the cashed my check for@ $250 and now they will not answer the phone or return calls. I am well within the 30 day warranty on labor that they bragged about.Pathetic way to teat people. if you can't fix the problem then give the customer their money back.

I was charged more than the original quote (original quote over the phone was $105) I was charged $251.
I requested my old appliances to be removed. He forgot the trailer the night he installed the appliances. Promised he would be back the next day to remove them. Left them on my back deck, in the rain, for a week. After 2 or 3 phone calls they finally removed the appliances.
They were on time for the installation, but they didn't remove the old appliances on time.
I am a single mom, it was Christmas, and I didn't have the money to pay the price they charged me. (over double the original quote over the phone). After the fact, I found 2 people who would have charged me much less to install the appliances. I won't be using them again.

"Over the phone I quoted you $105 per appliance that we install. The technician that was out there told you that he needed to add additional fittings for your dishwasher that's why the dishwasher was $125. And tax was $21.28. I do apologize that it took us a few extra days to pick up the used appliances but with the holidays we were booked with refrigerator and ovens repairs. But thank you for leaving a review."

They were very quick about coming to check the dryer and fixing it. Very nice and knowledgable. Not sure we got the best price. Were made to feel like we were getting a great deal but not quite sure it was the best. However for a fixed dryer and warranty(hopefully) we are happy and pleased with the service. And thankful for their quick response!

Made appt.knowing that motor needed to be replaced.  Tech was called 2 hours after promised arrival time and we were delayed and had to reschedule appointment.  Tech came next day and replaced motor.  Motor runs fine, but switch now takes holding it down for 2-3 seconds to get motor to engage.  They came back and replaced relay switch, but still have same result.  Was told that all new relays work that way.  Not impressed with service.

They redesigned them so you have to hold down the start button for 2-3 seconds before the motor engages and stays on. My wife woke me with the news that the frig and freezer were not cooling. I spent 2 hours on the internet trying to figure out what was wrong. I cleaned the coils, but that did not help. Nothing I found could give me a good idea what to do next. So I joined Angie's List and searched for Refrigerator Repair. I called Signature but they were busy. They said they would call the seviceman closest to me and see if he could swing by my house. Called back in 10 minutes and said he was on the way. This next part is not an exageration ... when he got here, I let him in and walked him to the kitchen. I already had the frig pulled out and the back panel off. He checked the compressor then went into the frig and told me the problem (bad thermostat switch) IN LESS THAN A MINUTE! I promise it took him less than 60 seconds to diagnose the problem and prove to me that it was not just a trick.
He did not have the part in his truck, but picked it up at their shop and came back in an hour. It took about 20 minutes to install the new part. He cleaned up and politely excused himself to his next appointment. We could not be more pleased with Signature and will be happy to hire them again as the need arises.

I got a call at least by the day after I sent my inquiry in and they were at the location within a couple of days checking on what I needed to have checked on. I was pleased. They came out very quickly. The serviceman was very knowledgeable in his craft and very personable. He did not have what he needed on his truck, he met with another serviceman to acquire the part needed. He was back in a half-hour and he had it fixed in no time. He explained in detail the issues and was able to explain what he did and why wouldn't have any more trouble. He was very fair.

Representative arrived when he said he would and identified the problem. He determined that a special part was required and made a temporary fix until part could be ordered. Service call cost very reasonable and cost of call was deducted from total bill when representative returned to install the replacement part. The problem occurred late on a Friday evening, this company not only returned our call promptly, but the representative arrived to look at the problem in under 30 minutes as promised on the phone. Their work is guaranteed for 2 years which is twice the industry standard in our area. I will most certainly use this company again. Very courteous, prompt and reasonable prices. What more can one ask for?
