 + -1 moreScott was the THIRD technician dispatched to my home via Angi. The second person never showed, and Scott did the same thing the 1st person did: come to my property, tell me what the issue was, promise to return and fix the issues...only to never return. I paid for this service on 03/07/22, and have had to stay with relatives because my home is too hot for me and my children. I have about three weeks' worth of correspondence filled with promises to return "tomorrow" and excuses as to why he did not return. At this point I just want a refund and will try to resolve my HVAC issues on my own.
Description of Work: HVAC service (freon added; contactor replaced)
