Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Scott was the THIRD technician dispatched to my home via Angi. The second person never showed, and Scott did the same thing the 1st person did: come to my property, tell me what the issue was, promise to return and fix the issues...only to never return. I paid for this service on 03/07/22, and have had to stay with relatives because my home is too hot for me and my children. I have about three weeks' worth of correspondence filled with promises to return "tomorrow" and excuses as to why he did not return. At this point I just want a refund and will try to resolve my HVAC issues on my own.
