So impressed with this provider of service. I have used them in the past including replacing an inside coil unit in the attic. They have always been prompt, reliable, and reasonable. This latest service call was a little confusing and tricky from a layman's perspective but the owner, David Lynn, made sure I understood everything involved in the process and even included a more than generous discount on part of the job to ensure there no hint of anything not above board.
As previously stated, I have always trusted them in the past and so impressed by their actions today. Any heat or air trouble in the future will end with a call to Scenic City Heating and Air.
