 + -1 moreChecked it out and found no malfunctioning systems. It was probably the remote that caused the problem. There was no charge for the diagnostic. Very professional service.

 + -1 moreThis guy is amazing. He listened and knew my product/tv which was many years old. He is experienced and knowledgeable in the old and the new and he fixed my set, extending its life! Great guy, great service!
Description of Work: He agreed to adjust the picture where most would not work on it due to how old it is.

 + -1 moreExcellent experience - they got my TV repaired in good time and it works great again!
Description of Work: I have a Samsung flat screen TV that has a known issue with the Capacitor board. Mine blew out and I went online and Samsung gave me the info to take my TV to S&S to have them repair it at Samsung's expense. The guys at S&S were very responsive and got me fixed up right away. Excellent service and they got my TV repaired with a new board and power supply.
