Checked it out and found no malfunctioning systems. It was probably the remote that caused the problem. There was no charge for the diagnostic. Very professional service.

This guy is amazing. He listened and knew my product/tv which was many years old. He is experienced and knowledgeable in the old and the new and he fixed my set, extending its life! Great guy, great service!

Took in a DVD/VCR that was out of warranty, after examining it he said is was not worth repairing.
