Rocky Tops Custom Countertops

The sales resp. Amanda was Amazing! I have not met a more caring sales person who is out for your best interest rather than their own. She saw me through rough places and took extra care. Her boss, manager Rudy, also gave forth extra effort in helping me plot the cut outs of the slab on the computer to my personal liking before they were cut. I did have a major botched job in the initial installation. There was miscommunication on the extent needed for me to level the area prior to installation and what was to be afforded by the workers. My kitchen installation job was somewhat challenging with the slab extending over the cabinets for a bar area, and a more experienced installer may have worked out. But the first installer was sweet and he probably learnt how to be a better installer for the future. There is no need for details of what when wrong because they sent more trained installers to make it right. Bill, the installer manager, came with a crew to take a slab so I could perfect the leveling. The second crew, Alex and Chris, did a fantastic accurate job with the reinstallment. A final trip was made by Lupe and Jose who made the finishing touches. Jose took a small part of granite to patch up a space that extended out about 1/2" due to my wall not being square angled. So in the final end, all areas are perfect. I can look at my gorgeous granite and think of the kind wonderful people over at Rocky Top who were there to serve me with a smile and love. After moving to the area, I noticed that the kitchen sink was poorly mounted to the quartz countertop. So at the recommendation of a granite/quartz installer back home, I contacted Rocky Tops (3 emails and 3 phone calls). They must be swamped because they never returned my calls or emails.... If you don't want my business, just email me and say so.
