Agent did not demonstrate due diligence:
Did not recommend or have a property survey done.
Appraisal results were not available until time of signing. It was thereafter found that the actual square footage was 75% of what was advertised (garage had been included). Agent refused to take any responsibility for either issue and refused to assist in addressing latter issue.

My wife and I moved to Chattanooga this summer (2011) and found an apartment to rent while we looked for a house. We found Robert through my father who also works for Coldwell but in Florida. He found Robert online through Roberts his listings. Working with Robert to find a house in the Chattanooga area was great. He responds to emails and phone calls (on the rare occasion I could not get a hold of him on his cell) immediately. I never once felt like I was waiting on him to get back to me on anything. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during the entire buying process. He is very familiar with Chattanooga and Signal Mountain and knows the markets real well. He found many homes for us to look at and with his help we put in an offer on the house that we closed on 2 weeks ago. If we have to sell for some reason in the future (and I really hope we will not be moving for a while) we will definitely call Robert to see if he can be our selling agent and if we stay in the area we will definitely use him as our buying agent again. We can't recommend Robert strongly enough, he is a great real estate agent.
