I never rate businesses because no one exceeds my expectations. RIVERTECH is certainly an exception. They came out on Wed for an estimate and began work on Fri. morning. They removed an old furnace, central air unit and old ductwork. That evening, I had a new gas furnace, central air unit, water heater and new ductwork. I could not be more pleased. The entire company is customer driven and professional. Everyone at RIVERTECH exceeded my expectations so I would never consider giving my business to another company. Thank you, RIVERTECH, for your fast response and for showing me you appreciated my business.

Entire process from scheduling to actual technician arrival and check went very well. Technician did not try to sell additional equipment, in fact when we asked about filter replacement, he suggested any commercial store.

After looking at the coil and gas pack the tech recommended that we keep the current unit and was able to get the manufacturer to cover the coil under warranty where the other services providers were not. I really appreciate the honesty of the tech. He could have easily just quoted the new unit and been on his way, but Rivertech really went the extra mile to save us money. Beyond that we were still given quotes on replacing the unit and Rivertech was by far the most reasonable. Thanks for the awesome service!

Great job. The is an outstanding heat and air company. Prompt, courteous, and will work with you to ensure you get the best value for your money. They are the only heat and air company we use if we have a problem.
