After a Riverside plumber replaced a dripping tub faucet cartridge, it began leaking again a week later. When called back out, Steven determined that the leaks/drips were being caused by too-high water pressure to the house. While the water pressure valve he installed to modulate the pressure was expensive, he charged nothing for the labor, and replaced the blown cartridge for free! I've had nothing but honest, quality, courteous service from Riverside Plumbing. Highest recommendation!

I cant believe the service was and the prices was very reasonable they were on time they left no mess up. they called before they came and they are completely super professional and I was just pleasantly shocked.

This was the second time I used Riverside Plumbing. After such a good experience the first time,(see my previous review)it was a done deal to have them do this job. I wanted my water heater to be moved to my newly encapsulated crawl space to free up room in my garage. Called Derrick up & within a couple days, he sent out Curtis & Terrell to do the job. As usual, these guys got right on it & had it done in about 2 hours. Everything hooked up & working right. They cleaned up & were on their way. Definitely recommend you call Riverside for any & all plumbing needs you might have. Derrick runs a tight ship & has polite & professional employees.

Everything went great! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I wanted to have an outside faucet installed near my garage door. I went straight to Angie's List to read reviews of local plumbers. I sent out a request to three top rated companies, and within minutes, Derek at Riverside Plumbing called me to give an estimate. I accepted & a gentleman named Curtis showed up at 9AM the next day. Talk about prompt service! Curtis explained exactly, how he was going to install the water line & faucet . He did a great job. He was very polite, professional & is a great asset to Riverside Plumbing. Any other plumbing issues I may need, I'm calling Derek at Riverside & suggest you do the same......

The owner returned my call promptly and set an appointment. Joey & Paul arrived on time, with the necessary tools and equipment. They each had a great attitude and strong desire to solve the problem. I could tell they wouldn't be satisfied until the drain clog location was identified and remedied completely. They worked for a couple of hours to find & remove the clog, put everything back together, and cleaned up before they left. I use Angie's List ratings in selecting service providers. Riverside Plumbing has certainly earned its published 5-star rating!

Great people! We are doing the job in 2 phases phase 1 went very well and we will do phase 2 in a few months...these guys are now my 1st call for my plumbing needs! They were also one of the lowest estimates on my job, one company wanted $9,700.!!..I guessed the supplies needed for this job at around $400.00, $9,300.00 is a lot of labor for a 2 bath house.

I did not hire because of various reasons not related to the company or their professionalism. He did come speak with me and was timely and professional.

The location of the leak, in a garage, was easily found. The replacement of approx 3 feet of 1/2 inch copper pipe was done quickly, The water outage to the house was short, around 30 minutes.. There was no mess. Very pleased with the repair.

Two man crew arrived and used the snake to unclog. Camera use was additional fee, which we agreed to, however the locator was not in the truck so the crew had to return to shop to get it. Once they returned camera was run to reveal clog location, which was cleared.

The sewer line inspection was very helpful in landscaping planning and They replaced a washer in my shower that another company was dishonest telling me I would have to have the whole faucet fixture replaced. riverside was HONEST ABOUT THE SHOWER. Honesty in plunbers is really hard to find.

Super. Based on a good past experience with the company, Riverside was my first call. Initially, it seemed like they were booked and wouldn't be able to get to me for a few days. Their good field communications worked for me, though. As I sat wondering who to try next, they called me back to say that a plumber had just finished up a job early and was available to come fix my leak. He was here within the hour and had my valve replaced within another half hour. After that, Riverside is my plumber for life!

The service and price was great. The technician arrived, was very courteous, and got right to work. He figured out the issue with the toilet (not what I had expected that it was), replaced the parts, re-attached the toilet, checked on the leaking pipe, cut and replaced the leaking area, and made all the repairs - ALL WITHIN AN HOUR! I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

It went excellent! We had used them before and had a wonderful experience. Eric, the service provider, showed up on time to fix the problem. He was very courteous, efficient and took care of our shower area in no time. He was full of spirit and communicated with us professionally. We will always recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Riverside Plumbing, the first time was a month ago and was very impressed and the problem handled, so I called them again after I had a second plumbing problem not related to the first one. Eric (Panther) and Carson (Snake Master) arrived punctually, and I had a head's up call when they were on their way. They were friendly and professional, and the problem was fixed in less than an hour. For the curious, their nicknames are traits I witnessed during their repair. As Yosemite Sam might say, they are the best plumbing duo "North, south, east, orrrrrrrrrr west of the Pecos". I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended.

They found it but took forever. I gave them the Greenlight 2 open up holes in the walls and it still took them 4 hours to find the leak and they charged me a lot of money for what they did. It was excessive.

I’ve used them once or twice before and I really like the guy who runs the service. I’ve had really, really good experiences with him. This was work that had been done by another plumbing company that did a horrible job. The only reason I had used them was because when I called Riverside for the initial work he was just booked up. What was nice is that he was actually booked up when I called him on this, but he was nice enough to stop by on his way to another job. He put my pipes back together and he did a much better job. The previous plumber didn’t even put any pipe cement in, they just put them together and put the little things on and they just kept falling apart. He did a wonderful job, he was willing to do that. I would recommend this man and his business to anybody. If I could give him an “A+” I would. He stays so booked up I will have to call 3 months ahead.
