When I noticed my air conditioner was not working I called Red Bank Heating and Air and set up an appointment. The service provider arrived on time and diagnosed the condition - the fan in the outside unit was broken. The service provider does not carry all replacement parts in his truck so he left to acquire the needed part. He then returned (within about a half hour), replaced the fan, and added freon to the unit. The service provider was friendly and helpful as always and the price seemed reasonable for the work done.
