We reached out to Ray by email recently to ask about getting some advice on selling our home and things we should focus on to help improve it's sellability.  We explained that we are not planning to sell it for at least a couple of years, but we wanted to start making some improvements to help its resale value. In addition, we're also looking to buy a small condo as a second home/investment property and we wanted his help on this as well. Our home is small, old, and not a very valuable, (in the mid to upper 70,000 range), so I was a little worried that a Realtor might be reluctant to work with us. This was not an issue with Ray.
Ray replied to our email and arranged to come to our house about a week later to meet with us to discuss our needs. He was prompt in arriving at our home at the agreed upon time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had obtained our home address ahead of time to do some research, and we were expecting him to have a little bit of information when he arrived. However, he came with a very detailed 10+ page professional report that provides tons of details about our home and how it compares to the neighborhood and the local market.  He walked through our house with us and was very willing to listen to our ideas and offer suggestions. He helped us to get an idea of what improvements might add resale value and curb appeal to our home.  We never felt like he was in a rush and he seemed very sincere and genuine with his interest in helping us.
He really went the extra mile in his services and I would recommend him to anyone. We look forward to working with him as we search for a condo.

Ray was the best realtor! With so many "sharks" in real estate, it was comforting to work with him. I trust him. He looks after his client's best interest rather than his own. He was a pleasure to work with and will do so again in the future.

Ray worked many hours to help us find the perfect home for our long distance move. We shared some of the features we wanted and he was able to set up approximately 20 different properties in two days for us to look at. He was quick to respond to our requests as well as being knowledgeable about the area and amenities available to us. He helped to negotiate the best price for the property we bought.
