3 man crew arrived early. Very efficient, courteous. An estimator was at my house in less than 30 minutes after I called the office.

I was very pleased with their services. They assisted us and guided us in selecting color and gutter type. They also showed us the type of leaf guard to help us in the decision process. The installation was on an old house, which they blended the guttering very well into the structure. They showed up on time and completed the job on time and with good quality. Workers were friendly. They met and exceeded my expectations.

Quote was within $100 of other companies. Waited several months for work to be done, which was understandable given all the tornado damage in area; other companies also promised a long wait. I finally called to find out where we were on the waiting list, and they came within days of that call. Work was done quickly, perhaps too quickly. Old gutters were simply dropped to the ground in large sections, resulting in some paint damage and limb breakage of an ornamental Japanese maple. I found many of the straps and other parts in the landscaping for several months. The new work appears to be holding up well after a year of use. They came back once to install a downspout they forgot and extend another that ended too far above ground to attach drainage pipe, but that was prompt. I had to do some repainting where new spouts did not match placement of old ones as well as the damaged places in the siding. Overall I would say the gutter work was good and well-priced, but the removal was very haphazard and they did a very poor job of clean-up. I am still finding after a year the nail-like remains of the rivets. I half-filled a garbage can with old parts and some new ones (cut-offs) in my first clean-up of the landscaping.

They arrived around 10:30 am to start working on my home. They were able to place the main part of the gutters on the house, but not the down spouts.The men stated that they would come back the next day to calk the gutters since they did not have any calk to seal the ends. The next day was a nice rain storm so they did not come back until the day after. They placed they down spouts on and calked the gutters. The gutters look very nice, but I do not know how they work due to a lack of rain since they were installed. The men did leave a few items behind so they had to come back for them. The men also left a few screws and nails in the driveway. I would recommend you look carefully for any items that may place holes in your tires. The men were very nice especially with my little children

The job was finished in two days and the quality of work was excellent. I am very well pleased.

Very simply, we needed L-section of gutters and 2 downspouts on house, When we called they did tell us they were backed up becauseof the damages caused by tornados. It took about two weeks after called before they could get here. As we felt this was understandable, we waited. The man came, put what we neededon front ofhouse and left. Gutters look good and we are pleased.

We found two gutter companies phone numbers from Angie's List, called the first one and no one answered. My husband then called Rainbow Gutter and immediately the phone was answered by a very friendly voice. She was very helpful in taking down the info of what we needed and shortly after called us back with an estimate of replacing a 12' guttering, this was on a Thursday. We were very pleased with the price and ask when they could come out, she said they could come out the following week. On Monday morning I got a call that they would be out shortly. I told her that my husband wasn't home at that time, and would be in about an hour. An hour later, we received a call from Rainbow Gutter, to see if my husband was home, he was, and they came out immediately. Their work is excellent, they replaced the damaged 12' guttering, and it matches perfectly the existing guttering we have. They are very friendly and told us if we had any problems at all to call them and they would come out and do any adjusting. We are very please with them and would recommend them to our family and friends.

I am very happy with the job that the Rainbow Gutter Company did for me from the scheduling of my job all the way through to completion. They were all very helpful, professional, friendly and neat with their work. The product was of very good quality and I believe it will give me many years of service. After 36 years one of our gutters sprung a leak. After checking on Angie's List we selected three contractors and requested estimates to replace the gutters and downspouts. All responded within 24 hours, and all the estimates (costs) and installation schedules were similar. We selected Rainbow Gutters because we liked the style of their gutter cover. Although installation was delayed by several days of rain, when the weather cleared installation commenced. The new 6" gutters and downspouts were installed in one day. The installers were polite, considerate, easy to work with, and careful not to damage our landscaping or new roof. Originally we specified that the gutters and downspouts on the sunroom not be replaced; however, we changed our minds and asked that they be removed and replaced too - which was done. The only delay in completion of the project was due to this change - the sunroom has a metal roof and required a different size gutter cover. The installers promised to return and install these within a day or two - which they did. Rainbow Gutters did not present their bill for payment until the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. We are delighted with the new gutters and have even had two of our neighbors comment favorably on the job and ask for the name of our contractor. The entire experience was excellent and we'd highly recommend Rainbow Gutters. Every contact we had with Rainbow's personnel - Mr. O'Donnell, the installers, and the office staff - was positive.

Work was completed in a day. Aside from a few small cleanup details, job was done to near perfection. Other contractors have noted the quality of the work since then.
