R&R replaced parts indicated by engine codes, but never diagnosed/repaired the real problem. I found this shop incapable of diagnosing a simple oil leak and antifreeze leak that was easily found by a competent shop that determined the vehicle had a cracked cylinder head. My money was wasted and not one single problem was fixed. When I discussed the issues with them, they said they had replaced the parts the engine computer indicated, and refused to adjust the amount billed.
