The process of moving to Tennessee from Florida was a LONG one- Between the real estate slump making it nearly impossible to sell my Florida home and other issues, we were delayed almost 2 years. In that time, they kept looking for the 'perfect' home for us, and found it- more than once. We were picky buyers, and they were great, over the course of 2 yrs we saw probably almost 100 different properties in all sorts of price ranges, until finally settling on one. During the whole process, they were patient and worked with us, despite all of the setbacks! We had a lot of 'adventures' to be sure (ask Lisa about the dead cats!), but they stuck with us. We FINALLY bought the perfect house with their assistance two months ago. Everything- from the start of the search to the closing- Went well. I have to say that it was one of the best closings that I have ever had- They had EVERYTHING in perfect order for us, even though I had been out of the area for the entire month before hand. Buying couldn't have been easier.
