I got a quote from a highly rated paver in town and it was a minimum of $1800.  I couldn't get another paver to even return my call.
I called Mark at AAA and he answered the phone immediately.  He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone based on how I described the repairs that needed to be made.  We made an appointment for the following day for him to come view the driveway.  He called me back about 20 minutes later and said he would be able to come out within 30 minutes.  His estimate was only slightly higher ($150) than the quote he gave me on the phone due to a second area that needed to be patched as well.
His crew show up a couple of days later in the afternoon to get started on the repair.  They returned the following day to complete the repair.  They did an absolutely beautiful job in a very short amount of time!
Mr. Whitmire was honest, forthright and a pleasure to work with.  I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone who needs driveway repair or paving.  We will be calling him to patch a spot in our back driveway later this year.

Everything went great.  Pro Seal was quick to give a bid and quick to deliver.  Very pleasant staff from from start to finish.  I would do business with them again.

Company provided estimate and once hired got the work done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.  They are a little slow on responding to emails, but overall we were very satisfied with them!

I contacted Pro-Seal July 21, 2014 talked to Tammy , Joel's wife.  While we were out-of-town Joel came by to make the estimate.  The contract was drawn up by July 23rd at which time my husband requested that I get another estimate and he proceeded to google and check out the license of Pro-Seal.  My husband asked for references and Pro-Seal sent references.  I called Tammy to tell her that there was no record of a license.  The following day, July 24th a Certificate of Liability of Insurance was sent to us.  The contract was revised with the 10% discount for our being seniors, August 1st. August 5th a down payment of $1,100 was given to Joel in person.  The service was completed by August 6, 2014 and the balance was mailed to Joel and Tammy.
All materials and workmanship are covered by a Standard one year warranty.

Excellent and fast service. I called for an estimate as I had with two other contractors and was greeted on time the very next day. The estimate took very little time and was what I expected for what is a very large and long driveway. It was estimated that the job would begin in 2 weeks and would take just a day to complete. Instead, I was contacted the very next week saying they could do the job sooner if it was convenient to me. They came out the next morning, did the job brilliantly, leaving me completely happy with my new driveway. I would definitely use Pro-Seal again.

I was very pleased with the contact, throughout the process, that I had with Joel Roberson. He was a positive face of the company. Will have my next paving job done through this company.

They arrived at dawn and remained on the job until completed.  They submitted the low bid; work was completed on amount agreed upon.  Very professional.  Extremely pleased with their work.  Would highly recommend.

Cleaned up driveway before applying sealant.

Very professional.  Showed up about 9 AM, Started with aggressive cleaning of the driveway, (maybe a vacuum would be better than a blower), then patching cracks, and then sealing the driveway, all done by noon.  Very fast, with only 2 guys!

Joel was very professional, honest, fairly priced and prompt.  Work performed was excellent.

Joel and his team are outstanding professionals.  I had them do a repair on my driveway last fall and come back a couple of weeks ago to seal the drive.  They were punctual and professional.  Follow up from Joel has been constant, making sure the job was done to my expectations.  I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for asphalt work in our area.  Thank Joel and team for job well done!

Great service. Repaired a couple spots in driveway and resealed. Looks great. Promptly answered my appointment for estimate (on same day I called). Date of service as agreed upon and job completed in less than a work day. Pleased with the way my driveway looks, and would recommend without reservation.

My only complaint would be with the service rep who came out to measure and give the estimate.  He was friendly and professional enough, but then a few days later, after we had decided to go ahead and have the work done, he calls our house.  It was fairly late in the evening, 7 or 8 PM and I was not home and my wife did not answer the phone so it went to voice mail.  He left a message that he needed to get the contract signed and was "in the area".  A few minutes later he shows up at the house.  Let me see if I understand the thought process here:  you call and don't get an answer so you just show up anyway?  My wife informed him he would have to deal directly with me and he left, but it was still a bit unsettling.  Other than that, the actual work went very well and the results were very satisfactory.  Joel even made a trip back to repair a section of the asphalt that distorted when their truck drove over it, even though it wasn't really their fault.  Apparently the previous repair (done by another company)  was not put down adequately in that area.

Chris came out the day I called and gave me an estimate.  Appointment was scheduled for my convenience.  They arrived on time.  Cleared the driveway of debris and applied the sealant.  Very professional and the driveway looks great.  They put up tape at the end of the drive to ensure no one drives on it for the next 48 hours.

Very professional. Did outstanding job. No nasty little marks on vinyl siding. Prompt and very reasonable on price. Did another driveway in neighborhood at the same time. Both homeowners very satisfied with job. Get lots of compliments on appearance of driveways. Gave a guarantee. Not a fly-by-night with material already on truck going door to door to give you a good deal on EXTRA left over from last job. Then never see again and the 1st good rain the driveway washes away. .
