DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had an unfinished attic space above the garage that was framed in to add a closet. Electrical was run along with some plumbing for a small kitchen area. Lighting was installed and bookshelves were built to finish the room and make it into a small living room and kitchen area for in-laws. All framing electrical, plumbing, insulation, and final finishing was completed for this space for the above price.

We did a total remodel on our home back in the spring of 2013. Joel Dawson was a sub contractor on our job. He completely gutted all 3 of our bathrooms. Joel did all the work on those and did a great job. He replace every toilet and installed new shower and tub surrounds in each bathroom.
